Who we are

Your Asset Advisors (“we,” “us”) is an independent unclaimed property claim-assistance business based in California. Contact: [email protected], 112 Harvard Ave #649, Claremont, CA 91711, (916) 997-2813.

Information we use

Public records

We use unclaimed property records published by the California State Controller’s Office. These can include an owner’s name, last known address, the name of the business that reported the property (the “holder”), the property type, a property ID, and an amount or amount range.

Contact information from other sources

To reach owners, we may look up current contact details (such as a mailing address, email, or phone number) using publicly available sources or commercial data providers.

Information you give us

If you reply to us, use our contact form, or hire us, we collect what you provide: for example your name, email, phone, property ID, messages, and, if you proceed with a claim, the identity and ownership documents the State requires.

Website data

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use information

We don’t sell your information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the California State Controller’s Office (to file your claim), service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. Please don’t send Social Security numbers or ID documents through our website form or ordinary email; we’ll arrange a secure method if documents are needed. We keep claim records for as long as needed to complete the claim and meet legal and tax obligations, which is, and delete or de-identify them after that.

Requesting deletion or access

Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you’d like. We may need to verify your identity. We’ll keep only what we need to honor an opt-out (your email on our suppression list) or comply with the law.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), to the extent it applies to us:

You can make a request by email at [email protected] or by mail at 112 Harvard Ave #649, Claremont, CA 91711. You may use an authorized agent. We aim to respond within 45 days as the law provides.

Emails and opting out

You can stop our emails at any time by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” or using our unsubscribe page. We honor requests promptly and always within 10 business days.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 16. If unclaimed property belongs to a minor, we work only with a parent or legal guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
